What are your responsibilities?
Leading a small team and responsible for the UX design of web and mobile application and participate in product/ application development lifecycle, including product planning, design, deployment and maintenance etc.
Understand and transform complex technical and business requirements into user experience deliverable: wire-frames, storyboards, sitemaps, user flows, user scenarios and clickable prototypes
Conduct user research, user testing, project evaluation and propose solutions to optimize customer experience
Work closely with the scrum team and development team to maximize value of sprint deliveries
Responsible for interaction design of various digital channels of the group
What skills/qualification will you need?
Degree holder or above in interaction design, industrial design, computer science or other relevant disciplines
Minimum 6 years of working experience in UX design, digital project management
Solid working experience within an agile team on digital products implementation
Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Chinese)
Who would be suitable for the position?
